Building stronger leaders and teams

Our leadership development programmes help high potential managers and teams grow into new leadership roles including the C-suite, partners in a firm, members of the senior management team and board members. We also work with many entrepreneurs who want to ensure the leadership team’s success once they exit or sell the business.
Our programmes (10 or 5 months) are built on the Clear Eye values of empathy, humour, empowerment, and clear communication. Our sessions are designed to ensure connection, playfulness, insight and understanding so we help spark tangible, positive change that benefits individuals, their teams and organisation.
Our facilitators all work in industry or the public sector and also serve on boards so they have up-to-the-minute insights into leadership challenges and solutions.
